As the Account Manager for numerous hospitality clients, I was responsible for building a professional rapport and regularly communicating with each client to ensure that their goals and expectations were met and exceeded.

My scope included, conceptualising and implementing marketing strategy, created the aesthetic across social media accounts, having my finger on the pulse & jumping on relevant trends, creating content and writing copy to engage the target audience whilst ensuring that content pillars were met. Campaign and social media reporting, creating the photoshoot brief and managing the shoot itself and much more.
